Consumers may also request company and or personal photos to not be shown to public or be removed immediately upon request. We strive to be the best in not only our massage and mobile spa services but with your protection, comfort level and safety. Pineapple Massage provides strict and ethical guidelines with photos taken of or in homes, hotels, company settings by your assigned personal event planner. Images taken prior are for event planning, measurements necessary for event equipment and to receive expert advise designing a highly skilled event in accordance to meeting or excelling consumers expectations, all images will conclude in optimizing the most unparalleled services with our company.

By booking our services and paying deposit, customers for office events/spa parties you agree to provide a safe and open area for children or adult guest attending events. Pineapple Massage will not be liable for any injuries or risky activities, with host furniture or Pineapples equipment brought in homes offices, ex:candles, massage chairs etc, this includes children or adults participating or not participating in services. Event host/sponsor and attending and participating parents will be responsible for all children not participating in services or events during spa party services. Damages to any equipment brought to render event services such as business chair massage events, offices, corporate events, spa parties or group massage events will be fully responsible for replacing property by event host or guest/responsible party attending event, this concludes supervisors, managers, employees host, adult, teen, children spa parties or business event sponsor/host. Decision of payment must be made between both sponsor, host or guest and presented to professionals attending event once event is concluded or to Pineapple  Massage company over phone within 24 hours after event. Offices, Storage Rooms and Spaces use for events must be clean and readily available for event items. Although we do our best to higher the most vetted professionals Pineapple Massage will not be liable for missing or broken items before or during event. By signing form below you agree to all mobile event services and give consent adhering to all Pineapple Massage policies.

Event Planner

Event planner must be booked one week prior to services. Planner will be informed of best parking spaces for event. Advise event host on spa stations, fountains and food locations if applicable. Depending upon event, photo shoot areas, storage area to be used, advice on entertainment, furniture best to be removed in home/office. Payments for spa party are will to be discussed with event planner.

Booking Services & Payments

Pineapple Massage Fully encourages consumers contacting our representative directly by phone or online to book services or events, because we cover such a voluminous array of locations we ask that you keep in mind our therapist may not be able to commute to every conveyed location in the states we cover. We ask that our consumers and clients are also considerate of any severe whether, complex traveling conditions and city or local community events which may inhibit the professional from arrival to ones desired location. In the event any service is booked or payed for and our therapist and or esthetician cannot arrive to your location, You will be fully reimbursed for your appointment. Home, Hotel/resort or event service. Clients may be required to provide a non- refundable deposit/credit card hold of 10% or equal to the full price of the service, quoted in advance. Cancellation of appointments scheduled within 24 hours of service-time require a minimum of 2 hours advance notice or the full amount will be charged. Cancellation of appointments scheduled more than 1 day in advance requires at least 8 hours advance notice or the full amount will be charged. Corporate, spa party and chair massage events have one week to make changes or full amount will be charged to card on file, full cancellations must be made 5 hours prior to event or 50% will be charged to card on file. Adult spa parties of groups 15 or more will require a 20% deposit to book services. Deposits ensure your spa services, equipment, date and time. Events & services booked on the same day are subject to time change due to short notice. Deposit made for events are non refundable. Credit card, check payments and cash transactions are subject to sales tax.

Mobile Services

Please keep in mind that certain services such as manicures, pedicures and facials are always in accordance with State Health Regulations. In compliance with various state regulations, not all services are available in every location: It is illegal to perform full Manicures/Pedicure services (considered cosmetology) and certain facials outside of a stationary salon/spa. In compliance with the state laws and to maintain our high-quality standards, as well as for our customers’ safety, Pineapple Massage can not perform those particular services. For our customers health, as well as the state licensing requirements, there is never any cutting, trimming or cutting of nails and/or cuticles during our mani/pedi (mobile spa or mobile spa party services; nor are there any extractions or peels in our facial services – nothing that can potentially “break” the skin. This is simply a “feel good-look good” service for relaxation and celebration or in any cases where someone is declared home bound for medical or comfort reasons. Draping will be required for all mobile massage therapy services. A full verbal or written assessment will be provided for all clients receiving treatments. This is to provide excellent massage therapy and mobile spa services to our clients, this will also extend to spa parties. Personal mobile spa services are strictly and 100% therapeutic at all times. Clients are required to provide a safe and clean setting for all mobile spa services. Adequate space is also required to cater our best services to both events and personal services. If environment is deem unfit to render services in provided setting, professional maintains right to refuse treatment to consumers.

Equipment

Spa party equipment such as tables, chairs, steamers, towel warmers, dividers, pedicure baths, lamps, massage tables, game items, etc will be placed in areas around the home for the convenience of professionals to cater services to your guest promptly and suitably. The host of the event is expected to provide safe conditions for the guest and the host attending events. Children are expected to be watched over by host and parents attending event to keep from endangering themselves during services. Host are advised to provide any safety tips to professionals, hazardous locations in location, as well as coordinating the safest areas to place materials in home/hotel/desired location. All equipment/materials brought to party excluding gifts will be removed from location once event is complete. This includes robes and photo shoot dress items will remain property of Pineapple Massage. Damages to any equipment brought to render event services such as business chair massage events, offices, corporate events, spa parties or group massage events will be fully responsible for replacing property by event host or guest/responsible party attending event, this concludes supervisors, managers, employees host, adult, teen, children spa parties or business event sponsor/host. Decision of payment must be made between both sponsor, host or guest and presented to professionals attending event once event is concluded or to Pineapple Massage company over phone within 24 hours after event.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Pineapple Massage LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Pineapple Massage LLC customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Pineapple Massage LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Pineapple Massage LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Pineapple Massage LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Pineapple Massage LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Pineapple Massage LLC will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.
